Supreme Court 2023-24 Term Would Have STUNNED our Founders

As I consider the Supreme Court’s decisions this term, particularly the decisions involving the Chevron Doctrine and the decision in Trump‘s Presidential  immunity case, I share Justice Sotomayor’s fears - and then some.

What must we do, now? What must those who are still actively practicing law consider and do?

    We must continue to fight the decision that immunizes Trump's Presidential misconduct. The founders did not want a King!
